We are excited that Olive Webster has made it home from Egleston Children’s Hospital. We continue to keep her in our prayers as she grows and gets stronger for her upcoming surgery. We are so thankful for the loving support everyone has given to Tommy, Katie, and Olive. On Sept. 6th (Sat.) our Team Olive group has organized a special day of fundraisers. We will have a garage sale (in the FLC), bake sale (8 a.m.-2pm), and a BBQ chicken lunch (11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.). We still have tickets for the dinner available. We are trying to get them sold by this Sunday. If you haven’t purchased tickets or you could help us sell some over the next few days, call the church office. If you have items for the garage sale bring them to the church. If possible we would like to get large items in the last week to cut down on storage space and having to move things around to much. If you would like to help prepare food for the BBQ or bake something for the bake sale please let us know. Put this special event on your calendar and make plans to be a part.

Later on this fall (Saturday, Nov. 8) we will also have a Team Olive golf tournament at Lost Plantation in Rincon. Put this date on your calendar and begin recruiting some players for us. Also don’t forget about the Team Olive T-Shirts. They are available here at the church
